Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by us

Wearmora will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size (subject to stock availability).

If your preferred size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:
